- Reconsideration: The ART directs the department to reconsider the application based on specific recommendations.

Remaining in Australia During Review
You may be eligible for a Bridging Visa, allowing you to stay in Australia while your review is being processed. The conditions of the bridging visa will generally align with your previous visa conditions, such as work or study rights.
